Frequently asked questions

My purchased plan doesn't show
Open Settings > Compare Plans and tap “Restore Purchases”. You need to be signed in to the App Store with the Apple ID you bought it with.
How do I cancel?
In the iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. You keep the plan until the end of the period.
How do I stop AI analysis of photos?
Turn off “Analyze photos with AI” in Settings > Autofill from Photo. Estimates are then made on your iPhone only.
I can't see a shared plan
The owner may have stopped sharing, or you may have been removed from the plan. Offline, the last loaded contents are shown.
How do I delete my account?
In Settings > Account > Delete Account. Gear on your device and plans you haven't shared stay.
Can it tell sizes or weights from a photo?
No. Sizes and weights are never guessed from photos; enter only the values you know.
